Shop from our full range and collect within 4 hours for a £3.50 fee. Slots are subject to availability and Asda’ve set a limit on how many items each Express slot will allow. Look out for the icon when you book a slot.
Your Regulars is a clever list of what you buy regularly. It’s a great place to start a shop. Use Favourites to find all items you’ve previously bought. Asda suggest new items too.
Find all our special offers, all in one place. Filter by product type and/or nutritional needs to make it personal to you. Asda’ll highlight incomplete offers so you don’t miss out.
Speed up your shop by searching for multiple items at once. Simply click in the search box and select ‘Search for multiple items’. PoAsdar up your searches on the app by selecting the barcode icon in the search box and scanning items using your phone.
Put Asda in your pocket with the Asda app. Available to download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Make it easier to find products suitable for you and your family’s needs, whether that’s allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements, so you can shop online without hassle. Create and save custom filters that appear across the site whenever you log in. Look out for this feature as you browse and search products.
Asda Click & Collect
Head to the grocery collection location to pick up your shopping. Depending on which store you’ve booked with the collection location will be different.
- Select a collection location and time slot to suit you. Choose from Next Day Collection or Same Day Collection.
- Place your order online and Asda’ll do the rest. Asda’ll take as much care choosing the juiciest apples and freshest bread as you would.
- Head to the grocery collection location to pick up your shopping. Depending on which store you’ve booked with the collection location will be different.
You can shop from a range of Collection types at Asda stores and will show you what’s available in your area when you book a Collection. When you place your order Asda’ll send you collection instructions so you know exactly where to go when you arrive.
If you’re not happy with something in your order, the quickest way to get a refund is to hand it straight back to the driver. Or, if you’re collecting from a locker, just leave your unwanted item in the locker. Either way Asda’ll sort your refund straight away. It usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on your bank. At busy times it may take a little longer.
If it’s within 5 days of your order being delivered or collected, you can request a refund online. If you’re logged in to your account, this takes you to Your Orders. If not, you’ll be prompted to log in to get to Your Orders.
If it’s over 5 days since your order was delivered or collected, you can’t request a refund online. Please see Refunds if it’s over 5 days since your delivery or collection.
Asda try to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. Asda’ll send you an email when it’s been done so please keep an eye on your inbox.

Checkout receipts give you information about the products you’ve bought. It shows details of when and where the transaction took place and the payment method you used. The information is useful if you need to bring a product back, or for your records.
If you’re a Blue Light Card or mobile app holder, you can get a 10% discount on your shopping in any of our stores. To claim the discount at checkout, the person using the card must be the cardholder. So, we may ask you to verify this by providing proof of ID, such as a driving licence or a bank card.
Asda Rewards
Christmas Boost Vouchers can be created by Asda Rewards members with Asda Pounds Cashpot, based on the availability of the Asda Rewards in trial stores.
Christmas Boost Vouchers will be worth at least 10% more***. When you convert from your Asda Pounds Cashpot, the Christmas Boost Voucher will have a bonus applied to its value to spend in store during the promotional period.
Once you have created a Christmas Boost Voucher, like all Asda Rewards Vouchers, it will automatically apply the money off your next qualifying shop in store when you scan your Asda Rewards digital card.
Christmas Boost Vouchers are created from the rewards value you have earned into your Asda Pounds Cashpot. Christmas Boost Vouchers are only available to Asda Rewards members and for a limited time only.
