You can add bags to your reservation in My Bookings. All fees are based on single flight segments. For the best value, choose a bundle when booking your flight and save. Bundles are available at the time of purchase, within 24 hours from the time of booking and up to 24 hours from departure – so buy early in your Flair journey to save more!
Flair permits one free personal bag/item per passenger which must be stored in the seat in front of you. Examples can include purses, small backpacks, laptop bags, briefcases and tote bags. Be sure to measure your personal item before arriving at the airport. Bags above the specified measurements and weight are considered a carry-on bag and will be subject to a fee.
Flair Airlines ensures the safety and security of its crew members, employees and passengers under its Tariff and all applicable regulations. Prohibited behavior may result in action to ensure the comfort or safety of the person, other passengers, the crew, and the safety of the aircraft and its operations. The following behaviours are considered disorderly and may result in penalties imposed by law.
- Intoxication by drugs or alcohol
- Offensive, threatening, intimidating, violent or otherwise disorderly behavior
- The passenger is a hazard or risk to themselves or others
- Refusal to follow instructions of the crew
- Smoking of any substance in the aircraft (including the use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers)
- Consuming edible drugs (whether such substances are legal or illegal according to local laws)
- Not wearing shoes and/or is inappropriately dressed
- Carrying a prohibited weapon(s)
- Resisting escorts
Flair Airlines Travelflex
Flair recognizes that, on occasion, you may have to change the details of your flight booking. travelflex allows unlimited flight changes without paying change fees (each way per passenger) up to 3 hours before departure, however you would be responsible for any difference in fares. Eligible changes using travelflex include: date of travel, time of travel, destination or departure change up to 3 hours before departure. travelflex is available for purchase at the time of booking and up to 24 hours after booking.
• travelflex must be purchased for all passengers on the reservation.
• travelflex is not included for purchases of reservations with a flight less than 24 hours in advance.
• Date changes with travelflex must be made more than 3 hours in advance.
• Access your reservation at My Bookings and select ‘Add/Change Flight’ to make changes using travelflex .
The Flair also offers buy on board services for food, beverages and snack items. keep your brain sharp with popular games, such as Cut the Rope and 2048. stay entertained with premium entertainment from Super Channel, the National Film Board of Canada, and more.
TravelFLEX is available for purchase at the time of booking. It is also included in the Big Bundle. With TravelFLEX, you can make UNLIMITED changes to your trip without paying change fees (each way per passenger), you would be however responsible for any difference in fares. Eligible changes using TravelFLEX include: date of travel, time of travel, destination or departure change.
A fee will be charged for all reservation changes. There is no fee for the first change for passengers with TravelFLEX. Change Fees will be applied if subsequent changes are requested. Access your reservation and make changes at My Bookings and select ‘Add/Change Flight’ to change your flight.
To change the date of a flight, origin or destination of a booking, a $29 change fee is applied if your schedule departure is 7 or more days away. A $49 change fee is applied if your departure is within 7 days. For all changes, passengers are responsible for any difference in fares. The new flight date must be within 12 months of the original booking flight date. All payments are non-refundable. If you cannot use the original flight within 12 months of the original booking date, the original payment will not be refunded or credited.
Changes can be made at My Bookings. TravelFLEX is valid for one time use. Changes can be made up to three hours before scheduled departure.
Flair Travel for International
Adults, children and infants are required to have a valid passport for international travel.
Each country may have specific travel document requirements, vaccination requirements or health protocols. It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they have the necessary documents for travel. Always travel with the proper documentation at all times when travelling.
