How do I book flighton WestJet?
- Go to WestJet.com
- Enter where you are flying from (origin)
- Enter where you want to fly to (destination)
- Enter the number of adults, children or infants in your group
- Enter the date you’d like to go
- Enter the date you’d like to return (optional)
- Press Get flights
- Choose from available fares
- Include details for each guest in your group
- Choose to select seats online
- Add extras like insurance or car rentals, if you’d like
- Review your booking before payment
- Pay with a WestJet dollars, WestJet gift card, WestJet Mastercard, credit card or digital wallet
- Review your confirmation online or when you receive your confirmation receipt by email
Once you’re booked, you can manage your trip online: add / upgrade your seats, review your trip details, or change or cancel your flight.
You don’t need an account to book or manage a flight with WestJet. You can manage flights booked in My trips by using your reservation code and last name.
To make booking easier, earn WestJet dollars and use WestJet dollars to pay for flights online, sign up for WestJet Rewards.
You will receive a confirmation receipt at the email address provided during booking with all of your trip details. You can manage your trip with the reservation code in the confirmation.
You can book up to 6 seats in a single online reservation. If you have 7 to 9 guests travelling, you can complete two separate reservations with up to 6 guests on the first reservation and the remaining guests on the second reservation. For groups of 10 or more, contact the WestJet Group Desk at 1-888-493-7853, as additional services are available for these types of reservations. Group reservations are available on WestJet and WestJet Encore operated flights only. Code-share and interline flights through our partner airlines do not qualify.
You can pay for your flight online with WestJet dollars, Westjet gift card, WestJet Mastercard, credit card or digital wallet.
WestJet dollars can be used like cash to pay online for all or part of the base fare of an eligible flight or vacation package. WestJet dollars cannot be applied against taxes, fees or charges and can only be used for new bookings. Learn more about eligible flights and fares.

Once you achieve Silver, Gold or Platinum, you’ll get to keep your flight benefits for the remainder of your current qualifying year until the end of your next qualifying year. Exceptions to the validity period may apply when flight benefits are awarded on a promotional basis.

Manage trips is a feature of your WestJet Rewards account that allows you to view, change and refund the bookings made with your WestJet Rewards ID.
You will only see bookings created using your WestJet Rewards ID, and only those bookings created through westjet.com. You may not be able to see bookings made through a travel agent or by someone else on your behalf.
Your WestJet Rewards ID is limited to your individual use, and we suggest that you do not share your login information with anyone else. If you wish to send itineraries to other travel companions, you will receive an email with guest and itinerary information that you can forward.
